Responsibilities

Produces high quality images that meet the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Department of Radiology. Requires competence in a variety of equipment and technology. Practices safety guidelines for patients, support personnel, and self. Fosters teamwork through effective communication. Maintains flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths and to be on call as required by the department.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited radiography program.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve maximum operational efficiency with work and patient flow. Associate's degree preferred.
ARRT registration in Radiography (R) and Arizona Certified Radiologic Technologist credential are required. Basic Life Support (BLS) competency is required upon hire. BLS must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date and maintained thereafter.
