Associate Principal, Business OperationsGoogle is looking for an Associate Principal, Business Operations to join their Central Business Operations and Strategy team. This team drives strategic, operational, and organizational improvements across the company's product areas and functions. The team operates like an internal consulting group working on a range of critical projects and issues. In this role, you will own workstreams/analyses, and be the expert on key topics/data. You will communicate recommendations to executives and influence strategic decisions by building consensus and mobilizing towards execution. You will build lasting relationships with colleagues across the Alphabet, enabling you to execute rapidly and cross-functionally. You will also be a part of a tight-knit community with a focus on mentorship, learning, and development.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience or equivalent in management consulting experience at the project lead or managerial level, or equivalent experience in corporate business strategy.Preferred qualifications:Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.5 years of experience in a management consulting firm with a strong performance trajectory.Experience in tech, media, or a telecom company, or education in STEM.Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
