Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Space Planner/ Office Planning Representative to be located in Huntsville, AL and support the SDS Division.What You'll Get to Do:Plans utilization of office space with requirements of organizational efficiency, and available facilities and funds.Plans, coordinates, and allocates office space for all locations.Develops and recommends long-range plans to meet future office space needs.Formulates, recommends, and ensures compliance with approved standards and policies relating to office space and furnishings.Space Utilization Planning: Conduct high-level space utilization planning for Division Staff and SDS Programs.Space Utilization Analysis: Develop and analyze space metrics, preparing charts and briefings to provide visualization material for the Division's overall space utilization.Seating Solutions: Facilitate seating arrangements for employees and interns, ensuring optimal use of all spaces. Manage and resolve space requests. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.You'll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience with Bachelor's degree, 0 years of experience with Master's degree.Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.Ability to obtain Special Program Access.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project)Willingness to travel up to 10%.These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have:Active DoD Secret clearance or higherPrevious space planning and/or office planning experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skillsExperience in developing and presenting executive briefings to leadership teamsSalary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
