We foster an inclusive workplace culture where diversity is celebrated and every voice matters.A day in the life:A cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning, including cleaning of all common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting, polishing, and other assigned items/areas. We have multiple shifts available as well as both full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.What You'll Do As An Extraordinary Team MemberResponsible for all basic cleaningCleaning of restrooms includes restocking toilet tissue and other dispensers, emptying trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, and clean toilets and urinalsMove furniture, vacuum, reposition furniture, empty trash and replace linersCheck all trash containers prior to moving itCleaning includes dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, gum removal, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor and spot cleaning glassPerforms additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean-up work for trash and restroom concernsRestock carts and closets at the end of each shiftWhat You'll Need To Be An Extraordinary Team MemberPrevious experience in office cleaning or a similar role is preferredStrong communication skillsMust be willing to work assigned hoursReliable, punctual, and trustworthyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible and able to handle varying workloadsCapable of performing the physical demands of the job, including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periodsThe Harvard PromiseJoin our team of extraordinary people committed to delivering exceptional service.
