We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a RN - L1 Specialist. As a RN - L1 Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with regular office hours.


This position is Full Time, Remote, & looking to START June 3rd


Summary: This is a new program for us here at HCL America Solutions, primarily inbound in nature which combines providing consumers with medical information on dermatological over the counter and prescription products, as well as documenting and submitting AEs and PQCs reported to the program. Additionally, included in this program will be a patient assistance team who will be trained to provide support to patients using the products.


Program Objectives:

· Provision of dermatological consumer and prescription product information via inbound call inquiries per client and FDA requirements

· Reporting of Adverse Events/Experiences and Product Quality Complaints per client guidelines and FDA requirements

· Provision of financial assistance information to Consumers via inbound communication per client expectations


Business Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Shifts: 1st) 8:45am-5:15pm & 2nd) 9:30am – 6pm

Training: REMOTE, M-F, for approximately 6-8 weeks.


Program Hire Requirements:

  • Must have valid RN licensure.
  • Previous call center experience is preferred or strong customer service focused work history.
  • Strong Technological Skills are required which include, typing, documenting information in a system as it is being communicated, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Webex, or Zoom experience.
  • Must be self-directed and able to work independently, demonstrate good problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, in addition to multi-tasking skills as there are a number of computer programs involved in the handling of calls and nurses need to be comfortable with quickly navigating, and talking and typing simultaneously.
