Working closely with the executive team, this role ensures that HR functions align with compliance, scalability, employee engagement, and leadership excellence in a complex healthcare setting. The VP of HR will drive modernization through automation and technology while upholding regulatory and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead the organization's human capital strategyCollaborate with the CEO and executive leadership on HR mattersCraft and execute enterprise-wide HR strategies in line with organizational objectivesDrive organizational change initiatives, including growth and process enhancementsEnsure full compliance with employment regulations at all levelsManage HR policies, audits, credentialing, and employee relationsOptimize HR operations through automation utilizing UKG HRISOversee HR reporting and data integrity for informed decision-makingPartner with IT and operations to enhance workflows and efficiencyDevelop and implement leadership development programsLead performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement effortsAttract, retain, and develop talent in a competitive healthcare labor marketMentor and develop a robust, multi-site HR teamFoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvementQualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of leadership experience in Human Resources5+ years in executive-level HR leadership rolesPrior experience in healthcare HR leadershipProficiency in UKG HRIS and HR automationExpertise in healthcare HR compliance, organizational development, and change managementExperience with large, multi-location workforces preferredMasters degree and HR certification desirableClient Perks:Health Benefits and Long-Term DisabilityGenerous PTO, Sick Days, and HolidaysFree ParkingCasual Dress CodeCorporate Break Room
