Overview:

We're on the lookout for a skilled MS Dynamics Analyst to enhance our team. Your role will involve providing in-depth business analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 2012, and related applications. This position requires collaboration with fellow business analysts and end users to support and train in ERP and related applications, handle support requests, and ensure follow-up.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Communicate:

    • Create detailed implementation specifications while managing customer expectations.
    • Generate reports, timelines, and visuals to convey progress and expectations to management, customers, investors, and stakeholders.

  • Research and Test:

    • Analyze and understand system issues, including their nature and effects.
    • Work with the IT team to fulfill data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and other user requests from existing client databases.

  • Collaborate:

    • Understand technical needs by working closely with colleagues.
    • Anticipate project disruptions and their potential impacts on the business.
    • Communicate with team leads to ensure client satisfaction and provide necessary recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Targeting 5-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dynamics AX.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Proven ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.

Specific Duties:

  • Investigate and suggest actions for business-impacting problems across functional areas.
  • Identify and recommend solutions for improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze user requirements and provide solutions based on best practices.
  • Draft Business Requirements Design documents for system improvements and bug fixes.
  • Conduct meetings with users and managers to document and address problems and pain points.
  • Train end users and contribute to the training library.
