Employees enjoy a collaborative, family-oriented environment where contributions are recognized, and career growth is prioritized.Job DescriptionAs Superintendent, you will manage all aspects of a 6-month renovation project for an assisted living facility in Bethesda, MD. The scope includes full gut renovations of 20 units with light MEP work and upgrades to corridors and common areas while the facility remains operational. You will be the on-site leader ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the $5M renovation project, ensuring adherence to schedule and budget.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and quality standards.Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through Procore.Communicate effectively with the end user and project stakeholders to minimize disruption in occupied areas.Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to keep the project on track.Uphold high standards of quality and safety throughout all phases of construction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience managing projects between $1M-$10M; commercial interiors required, base building preferred. Proficient in Procore and OSHA 10 or 30 certified. Outstanding communicator with patience to work in an occupied assisted living environment. Collaborative approach with clients and end users.
