Key Responsibilities
Content Production
- Design and maintain systems for storing, accessing, and repurposing professional and leadership development content.
- Curate and draft engaging content decks and discussion guides in collaboration with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.
- Manage timelines and tasks across multiple contributors to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Create visually compelling materials tailored to participant profiles, ensuring consistency and alignment with Pathbuilders' brand.
- Oversee the production and delivery of the Content Kit, ensuring impeccable formatting and messaging.
- Maintain the content calendar, driving timely, high-quality execution of program deliverables.
Program Delivery
- Lead the production of workshops—virtual (Zoom) or in-person—with detailed run-of-show plans for smooth execution and participant engagement.
- Collaborate with speakers, facilitators, and team members to ensure seamless preparation and delivery.
- Make real-time decisions during workshops to adapt program flow and maximize participant experience.
Operations & Process Management
- Develop and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project management workflows (e.g., Monday.com boards) to ensure clarity, efficiency, and excellence in program delivery.
- Partner with internal teams to refine processes and continuously enhance the participant experience.
