As part of the Platform org, the Payments team at Coinbase is key to our mission to create an open financial system for the world. The Payments team powers all fiat money, or cash, moved in and out of our products, allowing our users to easily and safely connect into the crypto economy. In this role you will help take our Payments team to the next level, enabling new use cases for the business and enhancing the experience for our customers using bank-based payment methods to fund their accounts.We are looking for an entrepreneurial, self-motivated Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, able to think through complex challenges, and expert at aligning cross-functional teams effectively to set priorities and launch products. Knowledge and experience in payments products, data platform technologies, and/or crypto products are value-adds for this role.What you'll be doing:Define and build out Coinbase's Payments roadmap, including integrations, new experiences, and the platforms that serve all our users globallyOwn full product lifecycle from conception to launch, usage, and optimizationIdentify and collaborate with banking partners to unlock new regions and capabilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and teams across all Coinbase products to develop and steer the product roadmapAlign teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that visionWhat we look for in you:5+ years of product management experiencePrevious experience managing software products, knowledge of payments is preferredExceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environmentDeep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skillsDemonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase missionPay Transparency Notice:Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
