Our mission is to provide high-quality, affordable family healthcare to our community. At our urgent care centers, we offer a wide range of services including treatment for injuries, illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. We are open seven days a week, ensuring that care is accessible to all: Mon. - Fri., 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. All our centers are recognized as Accredited Care Centers, demonstrating our commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence. Job Summary: As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be integral in delivering exceptional medical care to patients of all ages, addressing both acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to diagnose, treat, and educate patients while maintaining the highest standards of care. Our PRN providers are scheduled on an as-needed basis, providing flexibility in your work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: The following responsibilities reflect the core expectations of this position: Deliver outstanding customer service to patients, visitors, and coworkers. Provide compassionate, accessible patient care to all who enter our centers. Lead and support during emergencies, ensuring patient comfort and care. Conduct medical assessments, treatment, and follow-ups for various healthcare needs. Perform medical procedures such as laceration repairs, injections, and physicals. Oversee on-site laboratory and imaging services where applicable. Maintain clinical competencies and collaborate with leadership to uphold medical standards. Participate in developing policies to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction. Assist in in-service and continuing education initiatives for staff. Engage in meetings and represent the clinic on necessary occasions. Guide and mentor medical staff to ensure high standards of care.
