About The Role


As the Head of Product Management at FINESSE, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product offerings. You will be responsible for building a product management team from the ground up, developing product strategy, and driving execution across multiple product lines. This role involves incubating new product ideas and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. You will lead a team of product managers, each overseeing their respective products, which include consumer, business, partnership, and internal offerings. Your strategic vision, leadership, and ability to execute will be essential in driving the success of our products and supporting our company’s growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build and lead a high-performing product management team from the ground up
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities
  • Drive product vision, roadmap, and execution across multiple product lines
  • Incubate and launch new product ideas, overseeing their development from concept to market
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, each responsible for their respective product areas
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPI) for all products
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
  • Prioritize product features and capabilities based on business value and customer needs
  • Foster a culture of innovation, customer-centricity, and data-driven decision making within the product team


Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling product management teams
  • Extensive experience in developing and launching successful products in relevant industries
  • Strong understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Lean practices
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into product strategies
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in managing diverse product portfolios, including consumer, business, and internal products
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive product vision and strategy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Preferred Experiences


  • Proven experience in building and scaling consumer-facing products designed for younger audiences on a global level
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or related technology-driven industries
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices and their impact on product success
  • Experience with internationalization and localization of products for global markets
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and their application in product development
  • Understanding of financial modeling and business case development for product initiatives
  • Proven ability to attract, retain, and develop top product management talent
