Keep reading.Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Include The Following, Other Duties May Be Assigned)Perform written, verbal, or electronic PM's as directedSeek out and/or read O&M manuals for repairs or troubleshootingPerforms minor repairs on LP boilers and kitchen appliancesAssists senior level supervisors or technicians in repairs and replacements as neededPerforms repairs and preventative maintenance on all building systemsTreat our customers and guests with courtesy and respect and provide the highest level of customer service possibleReceives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisorCleans internal areas of buildings and mechanical spaces; including buffing, dusting, sweeping and moppingPaints interior and exterior walls and trim and floorsMaintains and repairs buildings' plumbing, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment as directedMaintains and repair building exteriors as neededAssist other departments as needed or directedReplaces worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring, and belts in machines and equipmentAssists other departments with moving furniture, unloading and storing suppliesPerforms all tasks as directed building maintenance managerKeeps logs of tasks performed and maintenance callsSnow removalTrash removalSpecial Qualifications/RequirementsMust have a valid Driver's License and eligibility for enrollment on the resort's Motor Vehicle Insurance policyVOSHA 10 preferredMust have general knowledge of building maintenance tasks.
