This position is part of the HR Operations team.This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.The PositionThe HR Reporting Data Analyst will support the firm's HR Operations team by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data to ensure accurate reporting and informed decision-making. This role is responsible for managing ad hoc and recurring reports, identifying data discrepancies, and supporting key HR initiatives through data-drive insight. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and systems and is eager to make a meaningful impact through reporting, analysis, and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in data collection, tracking, analysis and reporting to support business needsEnsure data quality by identifying and correcting errors or inconsistenciesCreate and deliver ad hoc and recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizationsManage all diversity-related reporting and data requestsGather, organize, and input data into HR systems and databases with precisionPromptly identify and resolve discrepancies in employee informationFormat reports and visualizations to enhance readability and clarityAssist in automating reports and streamlining processesTroubleshoot and resolve data-related challenges with a problem-solving mindsetTrack service level agreements (SLAs) in the Jira HR ticketing systemProtect and maintain personal information with a high level of confidentiality abiding by Wilson Elser proceduresCollaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy and support key HR initiativesQualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business, Statistics or a related field preferredProficiency with data analysis tools, particularly Microsoft Excel1-2 years of experience in a data-focused support or analytical roleHands-on experience with HRIS systems (UKG preferred)Skills and AbilitiesExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Microsoft Excel)Understanding of data structures, reporting principals, and data integrity best practicesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismTeam player with collaborative, proactive mindset.Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and technologiesA variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
