When plumbing is involved, their own plumbers (not subcontractors) do the work, supported by complete engineering and computer-aided design (CAD) and shop drawing capabilities, a fully stocked parts and piping inventory, and a leading-edge fabrication facility.Hiring for an HVAC Project Manager with experience in mechanical and plumbing construction.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience.4+ years of prior Project Management experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor.Broad understanding of all types of Mechanical systems such as: Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, primary and secondary piping, HVAC ductwork, RTU, AHU, VAV's.In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.#LI-SK1
