We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven (Remote-Job/Can be able to come on-site in future) Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for both managing our social media presence and developing effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to align with marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels, fostering positive relationships with followers.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports to track engagement, growth, and effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights for improvement.
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives, utilizing paid advertising when appropriate.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing to continuously enhance our online presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and guide junior team members or interns in social media strategies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Manager, or Marketer, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and tools, including analytics and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
