This position will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of capital improvement projects, infrastructure upgrades, and compliance-related renovations within a highly regulated and complex hospital environment.As part of Sodexo's on-site facilities leadership team, the Project Manager plays a key role in aligning project execution with the strategic goals of both Tufts Medical Center and Sodexo, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, coordination, and execution of capital construction and renovation projects in an active healthcare settingManage project schedules, cost controls, contractor coordination, and procurement activitiesMonitor progress to ensure alignment with project specifications, timelines, budgets, and quality standardsOversee compliance with all relevant codes, permitting requirements, safety regulations, and Joint Commission standardsCoordinate and communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders, design professionals, regulatory agencies, and contractorsEnsure proper documentation, meeting minutes, project reporting, and workflow tracking throughout the project lifecycleSupport administrative functions including invoice processing, budget reconciliation, and project status reportingDrive continuous improvement and adherence to Sodexo and client expectations for project deliveryWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
