Advanced GI available/optional About the Job - Full-time- Permanent- Employed- 465-bed medical center is offering outstanding opportunities for board eligible/certified gastroenterologists.- Compensation: three-year guarantee of $625,000 plus wRVU productivity- We also provide excellent benefits, paid malpractice, and a flexible work schedule that includes 7 weeks off and manageable call.- The collegial practice features 7 gastroenterologists, supported by a team of experienced advanced providers. - The health system serves a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio. With a vast network of primary care providers, and referrals from 20 area hospitals, our gastroenterologists enjoy a vibrant practice. Other program highlights: - GI physicians perform colonoscopy, EGD, EUS and ERCP (diagnostic and interventional), endoscopic resection, balloon enteroscopy, esophageal ablation and capsule endoscopy.- Two opportunities: the Kentucky position features manageable call (1:7), while the Ohio position has an option for NO call.- Surging referrals have advanced the construction of a new stand-alone endoscopy facility on our Kentucky campus.- EPIC electronic medical records system.- Safe, family-friendly community with great schools, affordable living and excellent local shopping and dining. Local access to beautiful state and national parks and a variety of outdoor pursuits (hiking, skiing, whitewater rafting, golf, tennis, cave exploration, hunting and fishing). Reasonable drive to Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio; and Lexington, Kentucky.- The incoming physicians will earn guarantees of $500,000 plus productivity based on wRVUs and quality/customer bonuses. The group also provides excellent benefits, paid malpractice, six weeks of vacation and a week of for CME (plus $5k), along with a flexible work schedule and manageable call. Location Our Tri-State region is renowned for family friendly communities with great schools and low crime. We also host some of the countrys finest state parks, featuring golf, skiing, boating, fishing, hunting and biking. Were also a short drive to metro cities in Ohio (Cincinnati and Columbus) and Kentucky (Lexington and Louisville).
