As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing the user interfaces and overall user experiences of our websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for both desktop and mobile users. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and willing to relocate to Chattanooga, Tennessee.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets for both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and validate design decisions across various devices.
  • Design responsive layouts, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in both desktop and mobile UI design.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and devices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on both desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design for desktop and mobile.
  • Experience in creating responsive designs and working with front-end developers to bring them to life.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
