If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. Individuals who want to be on the forefront of a movement that is sweeping the nation. Founded by Jorden Gold, Stretch Zone delivers this next generation of stretching with the most comprehensive practitioner-assisted stretching programs for proven results and an exceptional client experience.Responsibilities:Provides our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.Serves clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities.Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.Keeps clients on schedule with their programs.All team members clean and maintain the store.Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:Degree in Kinesiology, Applied Physiology, Exercise Science, Fitness Management, Physical Activity, Physical Therapy, Health Science or a related fieldFitness industry experience is a plusEnergetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standardsWell-organized and self-directed team playerA good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share informationEnjoys a relaxing, yet ambitious work environmentEffective listening skillsThrives in a team-based environmentAt Stretch Zone, we encourage a teamwork environment Our main goal is to improve the lives of others with our stretch practices.
