Outside Sales Representative (Uncapped Commission)Ready to take your sales career somewhere you can earn big, stay active in the field, and help customers when they need it most? This role is built for hungry, motivated sales pros who want freedom, flexibility, and serious commission potential.What You'll DoMeet with residential & commercial clients to assess plumbing or water-related issues.Provide clear solutions, prepare competitive estimates, and close high-value jobs.Conduct on-site evaluations for water damage or sewer line issues (training provided).Follow up on leads using company tools and build strong customer relationships.What Makes You a Fit612 months of customer-facing sales experienceClean, valid driver's licenseEnergetic, self-driven, and great with peopleComfortable entering homes and discussing repair solutionsWeekend availability (at least one day)Bonus: Solar sales, construction, roofing, remodeling, or water-restoration experience. Certifications like IICRC/WRT/ASD are great but not required.Why This RoleUncapped commissionWeekly base: $500$1,250 depending on experience5% commission on weekly sales over $15K7% commission on weekly sales over $25KAnnual $3,500 travel voucher for hitting $1.3M in salesStart your day from home no daily office requirementCompany vehicle for Excavation; mileage reimbursement for Water RestorationStrong training program (46 weeks)Excavation: ~$11,500Water Restoration: ~$6,000ScheduleMultiple shifts available (day, mid, evening).
