Kapco's constant investment in modern, state-of-the-art equipment and cutting-edge technology sets us apart from other manufacturers in the industry and helps us deliver the highest quality products to their partners.Alongside our metal stamping, fabrication, welding, and machining capabilities, Kapco has built a lasting reputation for our family culture based upon six core values: Innovation, Attitude, Integrity, Impact, Accountability, and Safety.Today, Kapco employs over 600 employees across our family of companies, and we are looking to add to our fast-growing teamLogistics Manager - Grafton, WIPrimary ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and production support.Develop and implement warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the operation.Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.Monitor and analyze KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and production queue times.Mentor, develop, and lead warehouse supervisors and staff.Collaborate with production, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.About Kapco Metal StampingKapco is known for investing in its people and creating a culture of engagement, and is equally as committed to giving back to the community.
