If you are a self-starter and a team-player who is ready to take charge of technical teams and help exceed our clients expectations, this could be the perfect opportunity for youResponsibilitiesManagement of digital program (multiple projects) from inception to delivery phase.Document activities of the project team, such as project plans, meeting notes, agendas, weekly status reports, etc.Hands on Agile experience with multiple companies knows how to facilitate Scrum meetings (Daily Scrum, Backlog Review, Retrospective, Sprint Planning) but also guide others.The PM needs to possess the unique ability to drive decision-making. They're there from start to finish. They are ready to efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across multiple projects.Impressive executive presence and communication abilities passion for technology and being a part of a fast-growing global companyMust be able to work PST hoursQualificationsExcellent presentation and communication skills is a MUSTExperience managing team of software development and and PMsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesStrong understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle. We want someone with an intuitive understanding of how our work gets done.MUST be an expert in Project Management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other related communications tools.Ability to manage Project Scope, Resource matrix, Risks and Go To Market stepsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate both the client and the team.Must be certified in Scrum Alliance certifications (Advanced CSM, CPO, Agile Leadership/CoachingMust HaveJIRA, ConfluenceScrum framework expertReporting on KPI and Critical Success Factors (CSFs)Ability to put together a process centered around ScrumScrum certifiedNice to HaveExperience managing multiple digital web and mobile projectsTesting skillsProduct definition/requirementsTech Holding is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
