Refurb Associate

Job Description:

Reporting to the Refurb Manager, the Body Room Refurb Associate (entry level) is responsible for performing body repair on the merchandisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs repairs using Bondo, sanding, painting, grinding, and decaling.
  • Replenishes refurbishing supplies through thorough communication with the Merchandiser Manager.
  • Responsible for following safety policies and procedures are while performing repairs.
  • Additional duties may be assigned.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Will be required to handle power tools.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Forklift experience is an asset.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Superior problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and holidays as required.
