General ManagerWe are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of our Charger Water Treatment branch in Fort Worth, TX. Your responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring our profits are on the rise. If you are a leader and want to make a career in the water treatment industry we'd like to meet youResponsibilitiesDirecting and coordinating all sales activities for the branch.Manage and coordinate activities of personnel involved in performing internal operations in department, plant, or branch store.Develop work schedules and assign duties to operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of department or branch.Hire, lead, develop, review, train, and manage branch employees and promote a positive work environment with emphasis on employee morale to achieve high productivity.Consult with Human Resources regarding personnel questions and staffing needs.Reviews accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance of workers with established standard procedures and practices.Oversee day-to-day operationsMaintain budgets and optimize expensesSet policies and processesOversee recruitment and training of new employeesEvaluate and improve operations and financial performanceDirect the employee assessment processPrepare monthly reports for upper managementProvide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
