Senior Associate, ContentThe Carat Content team invented itself to help brands reach and deepen their connections with consumers in a world where people converge the points of connection, engagement, and transaction around content. With a specialty in combining storytelling with media science and research, our goal is to provide meaningful and branded content solutions that deepen consumer identification and brand loyalty.Carat Content is looking for a Senior Associate to support the IKEA content business, helping promote strategy, discovery, content development, and measurement across branded content projects. You will report to the Associate Director, Content.What You Will DoManage content-led ideas, media partnerships, influencer programs, and brand integrations.Collaborate with clients, our teams, and entertainment partners.Manage RFPs, guiding production and creative reviews, ensuring process consistency, overseeing timelines, and staying ahead of cultural and technology trends.Deliver clear written and verbal updates to partners, including status reports and meeting summaries.Qualifications:You have 13 years of professional experience in branded content, advertising, or a related field.You have experience facilitating cross-functional meetings to align priorities and resolve issues, and applying structured methods to overcome project challenges.Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with defined deliverables. Maintain accurate project documentation and status report, coordinate with partners across departments, and negotiate timelines or resources to meet goals.You must be willing to travel.Dentsu is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
