US Director Of Medical AffairsThe US Director of Medical Affairs for Gynecologic Malignancies (Ovarian, Endometrial and Cervical Cancer) holds primary responsibility for the development and execution of regional oncology Medical Affairs strategies and plans for Gynecological Malignancies in the US across indications. The US Director of Medical Affairs for Gynecological Malignancies provides scientific and medical expertise to the US Medical and US Marketing organizations. Primary activities include, but are not limited to:Develops and executes US Medical Affairs strategy for Gynecologic malignanciesDrives creation and facilitation of training materials for the Oncology Medical Affairs team through the appropriate review systems and serves as the medical approver of these materialsDesigns, updates and gives training both internally and externally in collaboration with the global scientific training and content teamsCoordinates, presents at and leads Advisory Boards and other meetings with US Scientific LeadersEngages in scientific exchange with Scientific Leaders to obtain input on disease landscape, current data, and evidence gapsHelps with planning of various aligned activities around major oncology congressesSupports commercial group for Launch Preparation and Post-launch activitiesServes as a member on the Value Evidence sub-team for Gynecologic Cancer internal stakeholders' expectations with timely updatesInteracts with internal stakeholders for needs assessment and planningLeads strategy and interactions with Patient Advocacy GroupsTracks guidelines and regulatory landscape in the US regionReview of Investigator Initiated StudiesCollaborates and leads interaction with our external collaboration partners with whom we co-develop oncology productsEducation Minimum Requirement:Advanced degree: MD, PhD, PharmDMinimum five years of experience at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company in Oncology, working in medical affairs leading cross functional matrix teamsStrong leadership skills and ability to effectively collaborate with and influence partners within and across divisionsProven ability to collaborate with others and to resolve conflictsOutstanding verbal and written communications skillsRequired Skills:AccountabilityAdaptabilityAdvisory Board DevelopmentAnatomic PathologyBiomarker DevelopmentBusiness CommunicationsClinical DevelopmentCommunicationConsultative ApproachData AnalysisDecision MakingHealthcare EducationImmunochemistryImmunologyLeadershipMedical AffairsMedical KnowledgeMedical Marketing StrategyMedical ReviewOncologyOncology NursingPatient AdvocacyPatients RightsProfessional NetworkingPreferred Skills:Experience with Gynecologic Cancers and/or immuno-oncologySalary range for this role is $206,200.00 - $324,600.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
