  • Competitive Pay: $25 - $35/hour based on skill assessment and anesthesia experience. 
  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for licensed candidates with advanced anesthesia skills 
  • A Flexible Schedule: Enjoy a work-life balance with 3-day weeks (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday) and rotating Saturdays every 4 weeks. 
Your Role: As a key member of our orthopedic team, you’ll: 
  • Guide clients and patients through their visits, working closely with Dr. Joel Alsup and Dr. Sean Aiken to ensure exceptional care. 
  • Participate in patient assessments, diagnostics, treatments, and cutting-edge procedures. 
  • Master anesthesia, sedations, and surgical protocols, including scrubbing in on life-changing orthopedic surgeries. 
  • Serve as a patient advocate, providing compassionate care and ensuring their comfort and safety during their stay. 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • At least 2 years of veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting. 
  • Bonus points if you’re a CVT, LVT, or VTS 
  • Strong anesthesia monitoring skills, radiographic technique knowledge, and a passion for delivering top-tier patient care. 
  • An ability to work both independently and within a team, with a dedication to maintaining a positive, supportive hospital culture. 
  • Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
