We innovate and deliver creative, industry-specific solutions that streamline operations and accelerate speed-to-value.Work you'll do As a Deloitte Consulting Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Senior Consultant, you will help Retirement Service Providers gain competitive advantages and differentiate themselves in the areas of business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology, and business operations. You will also work in conjunction with other practitioners to:Analyze and benchmark client's existing products and services for market competitiveness, strengths, deficiencies and gapsDevelop differentiation strategies and improvement recommendationsTrain clients on marketplace trends including conducting market research studies and developing white papersDevelop strategies for providers to increase their competitiveness through differentiation of products, processes, and/or servicesDevelop products and services for providersAdvise on and implement business and technology transformationResearch marketplace to support project deliverablesCreate detailed client deliverables that support findings and recommendationsAbility to reach out to Retirement Services network to gather trendsAct in a mentoring capacity to support the career development of retirement provider colleagueRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degreeMinimum four (4) years of relevant experience with demonstrated knowledge of retirement products and services, and retirement market trends developed through professional experience.Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Preferred Qualifications:At least two years of external strategy & management consulting experience within a large organizationAt least one year of experience leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagementsAdvanced degree in related specialization areaAt least one year of hands-on experience working with OMNI in a professional environmentParticipated in at least one business development initiative, such as proposal development or sales presentation, within related specialist areas.Demonstrated commitment to benefits administration and outsourcing, shown by at least one of the following: membership in a relevant professional organization, completion of related coursework or certification, or attendance at an industry conference within the past 2 years.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 to $218,600.
