LearnWell is currently looking for our next creative and passionate teachers to fill a full-time school year position in South Fargo, ND. The certified teacher will work in a unique fast-paced behavioral health facility center; which involves working with pediatric and/or adolescent students in a small classroom setting and supporting them academically with common core subjects while they are receiving treatment.

Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:

• Plan, prepare and deliver daily lesson plans and instructional material for an average of 10-12 students, with a maximum amount of 15; in a small group setting
• Help students one-on-one if extra assistance is needed on their individual school curriculum
• Use relevant technology to support and differentiate instruction
• Communicate necessary information regularly to students, hospital and parents regarding student progress and student needs
• Encourage and monitor the progress of individual students and use information to adjust teaching strategies
• Updating daily attendance and creating daily session reports for each student
• Comfortable working K-12th grade

The position entail a 40-hour a week commitment, Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30, based on candidate preference. Qualifications:

• B.A/B.S degree from an accredited institution
• ND State Teaching Certification
• Comfortable working with students K-12, (elementary and secondary)
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others
• Strong organizational skills
• Understanding of subject matter relevant to students need
• Reliable Transportation
