Program Security Representative, LeadPerform a wide range of functions to ensure the protection of government-sensitive and classified information. Apply advanced skills and extensive technical expertise. Perform a wide range of day-to-day security functions to ensure the protection of company and government sensitive and classified information in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Work without considerable direction, with some guidance from the Special Security Office (SSO), Facility Security Officer (FSO), and Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) in implementing security procedures to enable military, contractors, government civilians, and other tenants to support critical missions. Apply specific functional, working, and general expertise in multiple security fields, including personnel security, document control, visitor control, physical security, classification management, and prime and subcontract DD Form 254 administration. Interact with government security officials, clients, and employees to perform security duties, including clearance processing, personnel security record management, adverse reports, administrative inquiries, suspicious contact reports, visit certifications, and document control, and support industrial security efforts as needed. Provide security advice, guidance, and recommendations to all levels of staff, and coordinate and conduct security briefings, debriefings, and Security Awareness Training and Education (SATE) sessions. Ensure the security program is compliant with DoD security requirements and prepare for and participate in security compliance audits and vulnerability assessments.Basic Qualifications:Experience being read into and supporting SAP programsExperience with security policy and manuals, and ICDs, JFANs, DoD, and guiding policy documentsExperience working with Special Access Program (SAP) information and with SIC or JADE account look ups and creations, submitting SAP nominations for program access, and SAP security education implementation and annual reportingExperience working in a fast-paced team environmentExperience directing the activities of security specialistsExperience working Security Classification Guides and classification reviewsExperience with physical security, such as Co-Use Agreements and Compartmented Area ChecklistsActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience supporting daily Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities for the DoD, or 8+ years of experience supporting daily Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities for the DoD in lieu of a degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience using Microsoft software applicationsAbility to provide constructive, tactful, and discrete security advice and guidance to personnel across all levels, including senior managers, peers, subordinates, and customersPossession of excellent written and verbal communication skillsDoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) IAW DoD Manual 3305.13M CertificationClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation: At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
