We're seeking a motivated professional to join our mental health team in a California-based in-office role, where your expertise and empathy will make a lasting impact.Position Overview:As a PMHNP, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for patients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions. You will work closely with licensed therapists, clinical supervisors, and administrative staff to deliver coordinated care in a fully equipped office environment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visitsDiagnose and treat psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disordersPrescribe and manage psychotropic medicationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient careProvide patient education and promote medication adherenceMaintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systemsParticipate in case consultations and team meetings
