This is a high-impact role that will shape the global launch strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure market readiness for a therapy poised to transform the MMN treatment landscape. You will be a key member of the Global Commercialization community and Chair of the MMN Indication Commercialization Team (ICT), collaborating across geographies and disciplines to deliver an integrated launch plan that maximizes the value of empasiprubart.At argenx, you'll be part of a purpose-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and patient impact. You'll have the opportunity to lead a global launch that could redefine treatment for MMN and contribute to a legacy of scientific excellence and community-first healthcare.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the global launch strategy for empasiprubart in MMN, aligned with argenx Vision 2030Drive launch readiness across functions including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Patient Advocacy, HEOR, CMC, Scientific Communications, and Commercial OperationsOversee brand creation and positioning for empasiprubartDefine and monitor launch KPIs, adjusting strategies to ensure successChair the ICT and serve as the central point of contact for global launch activitiesBuild and manage relationships with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs, advocacy groups, regulators)Ensure compliance with global regulatory and ethical standardsLead budget planning and resource allocation for launch activitiesConduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning to inform strategic decisionsQualificationsAdvanced degree (MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) preferred12+ years of commercial experience in pharma/biotech, including marketing and salesProven success launching rare disease therapies; US launch experience required, international experience strongly preferredStrong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of global regulatory and promotional complianceExcellent project management, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to influence without authority and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to travel (~30%)Preferred SkillsExperience launching rare disease biologics globallyCommercial expertise in neurology and autoimmune diseasesStrong knowledge of market access strategies, including pricing and reimbursementStrategic thinker with strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-makingEntrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovationFamiliarity with real-world evidence (RWE), digital engagement, and policy shapingCollaborative and humble approach to leadership and problem-solvingPassion for science and a deep commitment to improving patient outcomesAt argenx, all applicants are welcomed in an inclusive environment.
