Our combination of talent and experience generates unprecedented solutions for diverse & iconic projects around the globePennoni is currently looking for a Geothermal Inspector to join our team on a full-time, direct basis at our Construction Materials Laboratory in East Hanover, NJ.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform in the field inspections related to the installation of geothermal systems primarily vertical and horizontal closed loop systems.Sampling of grout may be required.Monitoring work for compliance with approved drawings and submittals.Produce daily written field reports.Required AttributesMinimum Education: High School DiplomaInternational Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA) Inspector CertificationGood written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work independently and with others3+ years of professional experience working in Construction Materials and/or Lab Testing.Experience using Microsoft Windows and Excel.Preferred QualificationsOther construction related certifications including but not limited to ACI, PCI, AWS, and ICC.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and clients.Good organizational skills.Ability to work efficiently with precision and accuracy.Meet deadlines.Self starter.Able to think independently and direct other people.Target Salary Range$61,200 - $83,200 (per year)Contributing to the health and well-being of team members is a top priority for Pennoni; therefore, we designed our benefits package to exceed industry norms while providing our team members with exceptionally competitive and comprehensive benefits.
