Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Hanahan, SC. This role is flexible and can be full-time, part-time, or PRN, providing home-based outpatient therapy services under Medicare Part B. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional 1-on-1 direct patient care to the geriatric population. Regular weekly availability, including a minimum of 10 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availability, is required.

Requirements:

• Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing.
