As you meet production and safety goals, you'll be celebrating your achievementsCompensation and Hours:Starting pay is $18.50 per hour + $0.50 shift differentialPotential to earn overtimeStep payPosition will be 1st shift from 7 am - 3:30 pm (SUN-THURS)What will you be doing?Order Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items from designated storage locations according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and documentationReceiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect them for accuracy, quality, and damage, and verify that they match the corresponding documentation (such as packing slips or purchase orders)Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow, resolve operational challenges, and meet customer demandsPerks You'll EnjoyBenefits that Start Day One.
