This Leader will oversee all day to day duties in the department with a team of 7 direct reports of 4 Coders and 3 Clerical. Hands on leader needed with added incentives for this role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Record Administration, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or (RHIT)
- EPIC experience a Must.
- 2+ years of hospital Coding experience including competency with computer systems.
- Supervisory experience a plus, healthcare setting preferred.
