*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech therapy, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care to individuals of all ages, particularly in pediatric settings. This role involves assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of life for our patients.

*Duties*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills, including articulation, fluency, and voice disorders.
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to support patient progress.
* Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Stay current with advancements in speech therapy techniques and methodologies.
* Educate patients and families about speech disorders and effective communication strategies.

*Requirements*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Pathologist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language functions.
* Experience in pediatrics or school settings is preferred but not required.
* Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to speech therapy practices.
* Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and support.
* Ability to perform thorough patient assessments to identify specific needs.
* Familiarity with early intervention strategies for young children is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
