Location: Philadelphia, PA Introduction We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Owner to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the vision and execution of our product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional products and a strong understanding of agile methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Over 8 year of experience as a Product Owner in a leading organization Experience in product management or a related field Prior work experience of Vendor and Client management Experience working in an Agile Release Train (ART) environment Background in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs Preferred Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with cross-functional team collaboration Day-to-Day Responsibilities Prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog Engage with users, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand key priorities and vision Lead demos to showcase features and coordinate UAT planning Collaborate with scrum masters and agile teams to ensure product readiness Develop and track progress against a product roadmap Manage impediments and resolve issues as they arise Participate in agile ceremonies and provide coaching where applicable Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional development and growth Supportive team culture that values feedback and collaboration For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
