eacon Hill Technologies is seeking an IAM Security Technical Architect for a direct hire opportunity with one of our large clients. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience within Information Security, with 5+ years focusing on Identify and Access Management, and 2+ years in a defined architecture role. In this role, you will partner with Application Owners, VP's and IT Executives, as well as external partners - MSP and Consulting/Integration partners to further define security standards, governance, and ensure that these groups are adhering to these standards. Candidates should have expert level understanding of authentication and authorization standards (i.e. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, etc.)

This is a leadership position, and you will be expected to build credibility and productive relationships with the Security Teams as well as IT Executives and Partners. Our client is moving to Azure and recently moved to a Safe Agile framework, so we're seeking candidates who have experience with Azure as well as Agile teams. We're seeking someone who can effectively become the IAM / Security SME and Product Owner to make recommendations for strategic vision, able to elicit technical requirements with limited information or guidance to architect solutions that meet both business and enterprise needs. You will also be expected to identify deficiencies in technology solutions and works with appropriate technical teams to resolve; and break these complex and large technical solutions into manageable activities and prioritize the work into manageable activities.

This is a true architecture and design role, so we're seeking someone who has come up through the technical ranks but who is now focused on solutions, design, documentation of standards and policies vs hands on coding or production support.
