Director Of Enterprise SalesThe Director Of Enterprise Sales is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and managing the sales pipeline. The Director Of Enterprise Sales must have a proven track record of success in transportation and logistics sales, alongside a deep understanding of the sales process.Requirements:10+ years in the transportation industry (LTL preferred)Required Travel 50-75%, including overnight staysFull-time, Home based when not travelingResponsibilities:Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales goalsBuild and maintain relationships with key customersConduct market research and identify new sales opportunitiesDetermine and monitor key performance indicators, such as revenue vs. plan, contact rate, quote closure rate and gross profit percentageRepresent the company at industry eventsDevelop and align with the company's overall business goalsAnalyze sales data and identify trendsCreate and executes the sales strategies to achieve business objectivesQualifications/ Skills:Lead and revenue generationExperience in complex sales negotiation and deal closerAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCRM knowledge and experienceProven track record of success in transportation and logistics salesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsThis position offers a competitive base salary and is eligible for quarterly incentives.Benefits:Our competitive benefits package will include health care (medical, dental, and vision), 401(k) retirement plan, $25,000 in company paid life insurance, disability plans, vacation, sick time and more.
