Job DetailsJob Location: Spider Mountain - BURNET, TXPosition Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $14.00 - $15.00DescriptionF&B supervisor is responsible for conducting all facets of food operations within a portable food truck environment including, but not limited to, taking orders, food preparation, serving guests. This F&B position is also responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment and food inventory.QualificationsEssential Duties:* Ability to take, process and serve all orders in a sanitary and timely manner in a busy environment* Cleans and inspects kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils to ensure they are sanitary* Follows quality requirements for food, including correct storage and waste management* Maintains food and supply inventories* Operates kitchen equipment such as stoves, cook tops, broilers, and deep fryers* Perform all duties in accordance with health and safety standards* Required shifts of weekends and holidays as well as during the week when required. Friday - Monday required.* Possession of Food Handler Certification at time of hire, or immediate certification obtainedPhysical Requirements:* Must be able to stand and/or walk throughout their shift* Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds without assistanceCapabilities Desired:* Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures.* Ability to solve problems and take direction.* Ability to work in a team environment.* Possess a commitment to provide high-quality products and customer service.* Possess internal drive and motivation.* Ability to work calmly under pressure and create a fun, professional work environment.
