Akkodis is looking for a Network Generalist for a client in Des Moines, IA. Responsible for installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrading network infrastructure, including both hardware and software components. Ability to work closely with other team members, software & hardware vendors and end-users to collaboratively troubleshoot issues..

Qualifications
Mid to Jr: 3 years or more experience as a Network Admin/Network Engineer/Network Support Specialist
- Desktop Support general work. Must be ok with doing desktop support but also entry into Network.
- Role will support customer in Onboarding/off loading, AD, GPO, basic Powershell skills.
- Basic DNS/DHCP troubleshooting skills
Nice to Haves:
- CCNA, CCNP OR CMNO Certification
- Managed Service Provider experience is a plus
- Managed Service Network/Telephony experience. Will resolve level 1 tickets.
