Join us.A Day in the Life:As the Director of Strategic Business Operations at Monster Energy, you'll play a pivotal role in fueling organizational success through the centralization of data and the optimization of processes. Your role involves crafting and managing impactful content that strengthens our market position and enhances operational efficiency. By bridging strategy, operations, and data intelligence, you'll ensure the successful execution of key business initiatives, keeping Monster Energy at the forefront of the industry with our signature high-energy approach.The Impact You'll Make:Work across departmentssales, marketing, operations, finance, and data teamsto align business objectives based on strategic goalsFacilitate strategic meetings and operational check-ins to drive accountability, assign ownership, and resolve roadblocks by fostering communication, surfacing risks, and implementing solutions that benefit the total organizationCollaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) teams to develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, providing executives with real-time insights on category and brand healthDevelop, organize and steward performance management material to create easy and focused content for the organization, curated to support data driven decision makingLeverage technology and automation to identify gaps and inefficiencies to enhance decision-making and improve operational effectivenessDevelop frameworks and processes to improve cross-functional collaboration and scalable solutions to improve communication and alignment through dataWho You Are:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, MBA, Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field of studyExperience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in sales, operationsExperience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in category development role within the beverage or consumer goods industryComputer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools to effectively manage and organize dataAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Deep understanding of distributor networks, retail buyer relationships, and trade marketing.Strong technical skills in business intelligence (Power BI preferred), analytics, and data-driven strategyExperience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teamsExceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skillsMonster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $75,900-$101,200.
