Position Overview:

Oversee the Romulus, MI construction site, work out and implement a schedule with subcontractors, and manage subcontractors daily. You would be responsible for opening the site in the morning and closing it in the afternoon, as well as acting as a liaison with the municipal building inspectors.

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience as a Superintendent in corporate field construction
• Experience leading projects ranging from $5-15M and managing multiple subcontractors
• A motivated self-starter
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Procore or related software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree is a plus

Additional Information:

This would be a contract role. The Romulus project duration would last around 10 months. If you are willing to stay on and travel to out of state job sites, MLCO could bring you onto W2 employment.
