Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in resolving issues as they arise on the property. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas of the location to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Observe and report all unusual activities and/or incidents, maintaining detailed logs and reports as required by Allied Universal and site management. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or credentials as appropriate. Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and other personnel to provide information and assistance as needed. Remain alert and attentive while on duty, adhering to site-specific post orders and Allied Universal guidelines at all times.Minimum Requirements: A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
