Roles and Responsibilities:


The Quality Assurance Analyst supports organization with quality improvements efforts. Performs quality audit checks, keeps control of quality check consistency, and analyses the quality audit results.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs SOX and QA audits and supports organization with internal and external audit activities.

• Supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of

conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards.

• Under supervision may perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments

and maintenance of documentation related to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.

• With additional support identifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal

departments/business units to appropriately remedy them.

• Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
