Industrial Cleaner

Industrial CleanerDiversified Maintenance is hiring an Industrial Cleaner. The Industrial Cleaner performs cleaning related tasks as outlined in the contract between the company and the customer in an Industrial environment. The Industrial Cleaner reports any problems, or suspicious activity to the appropriate supervisor or manager.SCHEDULE: Full TimeMonday - Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm or 8:00am - 2:00pm4 hours on the weekends per customer needsPAY RATE: $12.00 per hourRESPONSIBILITIES:Empty trash and recyclingClean entire restroom by utilizing disinfectants and bathroom cleaners, restock restroom supplies as needed, remove trash, clean fixtures, mirrors, and dispensers, sweep and/or wet mop floors.Clean the plant floor and machineryKeep closets clean, neat, and orderlyOther duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a janitorial type positionOn the job training will be providedAttention to detailAbility to follow instructions effectivelyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Prior cleaning or janitorial experienceFamiliarity with custodial practices and commercial cleaning standardsKnowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and waxingExperience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenanceDiversified Maintenance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
