Senior Project ManagerICE Data Services is seeking an experienced and results focused Senior Project Manager to work on our strategic development and growth initiatives. This hands-on role works directly with senior technology and business leaders as well as development teams to manage commercially-focused projects, programs and new initiatives. Strong communication, leadership and attention to detail are required along with a focus on project organization, management and effective collaboration with key stakeholders. This role is heavily focused on managing several development projects as well as the overall program portfolio for ICE Data Services. The successful candidate must effectively operate in a fast-paced, hands-on and dynamic development environment where new business opportunities are pursued quickly. This role requires flexibility of processes to effectively manage development efforts to meet the respective business deliverables.Responsibilities:Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and track project progress and performance against the baseline.Identify, manage, and escalate the project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.Coordinate and facilitate the project meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations, and ensure that the project documentation and artifacts are complete, accurate, and up to date.Report and present the project status, milestones, achievements, and challenges to the senior management and other stakeholders on a regular basis.Ensure that the project deliverables meet the quality standards and expectations, and comply with the relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.Lead and motivate the project team and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Manage the project closure process, including the handover, transition, and lessons learned.Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, engineering or related field.10+ years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Project, as well as other project management tools and software.Knowledge of Fixed Income or Equity markets, products and indices.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, clients and stakeholders across different cultures and geographies.Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.High attention to detail, quality and accuracy, with the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines.Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile is a plus.Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
