We work Monday - Friday from about 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, generally, with some weekend projects from time to time. We're proud of our journey and we're eager to share our story with shoppers, clients and consignors across the worldDiscover everything uncommon at EBTH.COM.Tasks You'll Be JugglingWork to meet seller needs with integrity and empathy.Working in conjunction with EBTH teammates to maximize efficiency and timeliness in order to achieve company defined Key Performance Indicators.Loading and Unloading, Assisting with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.Delivery Support, Accompanying the driver on routes, helping with the physical delivery of items.Product Handling, Handling various items, including potentially heavy or bulky goods, and ensuring they are properly secured for transport.Route Assistance, Helping with navigation, route planning, and finding delivery locations.Seller Relations, Strong Customer Service & Communication SkillsPack and load EBTH trucks and drive to the central processing facility.Any additional responsibilities necessary for the success of the business.Credentials We Are Seeking1-3 years of moving experience.Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.Must be willing to travel up to 20% generally in local market.Effective communicator with the ability to set clear expectations, manage difficult situations and problem solve.Ability to have a flexible work schedule in order to complete the move and meet the sellers expectations.High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).Customer service experience.Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 lbs to 100 lbs, with proper lifting techniques.Ability to adapt to a variety of working environments including extremes in cleanliness and temperature.Reliable transportation.A sense of humor.
